To improve customer service by consolidating all telephone calls into a single number, the TSTAR telephone contact number will change to 888-534-9911. The change will take place on Monday, February 4, 2008.

Calls to the old telephone numbers 830-693-6967 and 800-693-6967 will be answered with a message giving the new telephone number. Calls to the Johnson City number 830-868-9374 or the Mason number 325-347-9204 will be automatically forwarded to the new number.

The TSTAR technicians and billing personnel will still be available in the Marble Falls office but all telephone calls will be routed through the new number - 888-534-9911.

By using the new contact number, you should experience better customer support and reach your desired party quicker.
